What are booty bands you might ask? Booty bands are widely known as both resistance bands and booty bands. They are available in a huge range of thickness, colours and resistance strengths. Generally starting at 28 inches long they are primarily used to rapidly activate your glutes and engage your hips through a variety of lower body exercises. The goal is to achieve a muscular round physique of the thighs and buttock through stimulation of the legs, glutes and hips.
Fit N Funky’s fixed loop booty bands come in three sizes ranging in tension and are each made of 60% Latex and 40% Cotton and are available in a variety of Pinks and Monochrome grey’s and Black. Each band is 29 Inches long and 8 centimetres wide with specialty inner silicone grip strips to avoid the bands rolling.

How to use booty bands?
Fit N Funky Booty Bands are thick latex and cotton loop bands designed to be placed around the thighs, legs, ankles or feet. Standing Butt Kicks – alternating 10 reps between each leg.
How to: Standing upright with your choice of Fit N Funky Booty Band placed over both legs just above the knee. Placing one hand on a wall or pole for support extend your leg of choice away from you in a backward kicking motion as far as possible. Repeat 10 times, rest and repeat on the alternating leg.
Standing Side Kicks – alternating 10 reps between each leg.
How to: Standing upright with your choice of Fit N Funky Booty Band placed over both legs just above the knee. Placing one hand on a wall or pole for support extend your leg of choice outward sideways kicking motion as far as possible. Repeat 10 times, rest and repeat on alternating each leg.
Hip Thrusters with Pulse – 10 reps each set.
How to: Laying on you back, buttocks grounded with your knees raised and feet firmly on the floor, have your booty band in place just above your knees to start. Spread your legs shoulder-width apart, or just until the band is pulled tight. Lift your hips off the ground, for one, pulse by spreading your knees wide, keeping your feet in position for one, and then hips back on the ground. Repeat for 10 reps. This is a Fit N Funky favourite.
